1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoodGallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App to:

- Enter your moods or emotions

- Generate AI artworks based on your entries

- Share your generated artworks with others

You agree not to:

- Use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes

- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our AI systems

- Upload offensive, violent, or hateful content

- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the moods and emotional entries you submit. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute the AI-generated artworks for the purposes of app functionality, marketing, and improvement.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content (excluding user submissions), including UI, branding, algorithms, and artwork-generation technology, is owned by MoodGallery or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute this content without permission.

5. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

- You violate these Terms

- You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

- Required by law

6. AI Content Disclaimer

The images generated by MoodGallery are created using AI systems. Results may vary and do not reflect any emotional diagnosis or psychological evaluation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MoodGallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoodGallery and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
